RESEARCH & DESIGN RATIONALE
Review of the parent directory and the seven linked company websites. Two additional brands have no linked website on the current directory.
The existing parent page displays the brands, but leaves visitors to work out which company fits their needs. The redesign adds a clear group introduction, descriptions for every company, capability-based navigation, and direct paths to the relevant teams.
The shared language comes from the existing black-and-orange identity. The premium feel comes from restraint: original logos, precise spacing, calm copy, large photography, and consistent interactions.

Extensive service menu, service-area content, and visible contact information. Uses a different template from the newer companies.
Use the common shell with service-first navigation, clear service categories, and prominent phone access.

Organize around services, design process, and evidence of work; standardize the family navigation.
Pools, outdoor products, service, and repairs are offered. Aggressive promotional language competes with the visual subject.
Lead with spaces and craftsmanship; separate new-build, retail, and maintenance journeys.
Clear breadth across site preparation, excavation, utilities, concrete, and project management. Contact links include both engineering and development email addresses.
Keep practical service detail, verify contact routing, and use consistent project-led presentation.
Products, mobile, gallery, and solutions navigation. Body copy also uses “Alarm & Security,” creating naming inconsistency.
Use the approved company name consistently; lead with home experiences and system expertise.
